About the Makers
Diya Ghee is founded by Vinay Ebbadi along with his wife. “It was the beginning of the summer holidays when the kids were getting into their holiday mood. On a Friday evening we had our neighbors to come over for dinner. The kids were all served with homemade Ghee Tostis as small bites. Those tosties vanished within no time, everyone loved the taste and flavor of it and started asking for more.”
Ghee is getting popular within the western kitchen and the neighbors were curious to learn more about Ghee. “Our entire evening conversation was only about Ghee, its origin, preparation method, its usage and its health benefits. At the end they were all served with delicious home food cooked with Ghee. This conversation continued into that weekend and thus giving birth to Diya Ghee.”
Production Process & Sustainability
Diya Ghee’s commitment to quality and authenticity ensures that each jar of DIYA Ghee embodies the rich heritage and nutritional benefits of traditional recipes. Ghee is a dairy product and all the ingredient used are 100% natural. The Diya Ghee ingredients are procured locally and processed locally in a COKZ approved production unit in Helmond.
