Limoncello and other citrus liqueurs

Founders

Koreman’s produces premium quality liqueurs based on various types of citrus fruits. You can drink the cellos neat, in a spritz or in a cocktail.

About the Makers
Thom and Frank Koreman grew up in a Burgundian family, where the table was always filled with delicious food and beautiful wines. In addition, both parents had their own businesses, so entrepreneurship was instilled in them from an early age. One day, as they sat together on the terrace and drank a lukewarm, chemically flavoured limoncello, the brothers knew things could be better. That afternoon was the start of Koreman’s. What started with artisanal limoncello prepared at the kitchen table grew into a serious company with a clear mission: celebrating Burgundian life together with high-quality, tasteful cellos!

Production Process & Sustainability
Koreman’s premium cellos are purely natural and traditionally made from exclusively organic ingredients. This happens in Breda. Only the peel of the citrus fruits is used for the cellos. The peels are placed in the pure alcohol for a few weeks and once they are removed, citrus alcohol remains. Sugar water is then made, mixed with the citrus alcohol and…  the (limon)cello evolves!

Also nice!
It’s a shame to throw away the peeled fruit, of course… That’s why Koreman’s also has the company ‘ZoetZuur&Zout’ in the building, which makes delicious jam, juices and lemonades from the fruit!
