About the maker
From her teenage years, founder June Kibera dealt with sensitive, reactive skin. “Most products I tried contained ingredients that made things worse, leading to repeated dermatologist visits. During one appointment, I learned about botanical ingredients with proven efficacy for sensitive skin. I enrolled in a botanical diploma program and spent years in the laboratory developing and testing formulations. The process was methodical — research, formulate, test, adjust, repeat. The results changed everything. My skin improved, my dermatologist visits stopped, and I finally understood what my skin needed. My children encouraged me to share what I’d learned. That’s how Junita started.”
Production process
Junita creates its skincare in Amsterdam, using a carefully controlled production process that combines science with simplicity. Each product is developed to deliver visible results without unnecessary steps, blending premium active ingredients that work on multiple skin concerns at once.
