At Koeckebackers they offer refugees and people with need of social assistance – who experience barriers in the labor market – a step towards regular work. In this way they work together towards an inclusive society. They have been serving 650,000 people with unprecedented talent for more than 10 years. People who are sidelined and cannot find a connection with the labor market. Through the Koeckebackers Impact Program they help them find a paid traineeship and then permanent work. Production Process & Sustainability
Koeckebackers is a sustainable and social impact brand that helps people who have been sidelined for a while with personal development through the Impact Program. After a year they ‘must’ flow out into society, which fortunately, often (90%) continues to go well. Koeckebackers is very proud of this – and rightly so!

Sustainable ingredients are used to bake the cakes; either with a quality mark or up close. This happens at the production location in Oud Beijerland.
