About the Maker
Sanne is the creator of RotPot, the face behind Keukenboeren Fermentation Workshops, and the author of the book Zuurgoed. Her mission is to bring fermentation back into home kitchens. “Fermenting is fun, creates unique and flavorful dishes, prevents food waste, and supports your health.”

RotPot is an educational concept: it raises awareness about the origin of ingredients, encourages sustainable agriculture, and helps prevent waste. The spices and kits are assembled in a social workplace. Whenever possible, materials and ingredients are sourced locally, sustainably, and fairly.
