Stookers

Stookers is an Amsterdam gin brand and makes special gin, currently in two unique flavors. Both variants are completely organic. Stookers Organic Black is a fragrant, strong gin based on black tea. Stookers Organic Green is a slightly softer gin with quite a bit of citrus and the roundness of green tea.

About the makers
What do you do if you like gin? If you like to make things. If you like experimenting and brands and communication? Then you launch a gin! At least, that’s what biochemist Dave Marsen, former superstar DJ Marcel Moulijn and communications strategist Maarten Mantje did. After dozens of attempts, an abundance of experiments with far too many ingredients and hard work, STOOKERS came to the market in December 2020.

Production process & sustainability
As a true Amsterdam brand, Stookers stands for taste and sustainability. They therefore choose organic ingredients to make gins that are both delicious and honest. Maarten: “We are organic because we can. We burn locally so that we remain flexible. We would also like to source everything locally, but unfortunately this is not always feasible with organic botanicals. Yet we will certainly continue to try.” Distilling takes place at the friends of Rummieclub in Diemen.
