Studio Ching-Hui Yang is a contemporary jewellery studio in the heart of Amsterdam. The studio is dedicated to crafting unique jewellery pieces using sustainable materials, including bio-resin, recycled acrylic, and glass.
About the maker
The studio is led by Taiwanese designer Ching-Hui Yang. She graduated from MA material futures at Central Saint Martins in England and graduated from London College of Fashion with a First Class Honours in Bachelor of Arts – Fashion Jewellery. Ching-Hui is eager to explore different materials, skills and modes to challenge boundaries of what defines jewellery. “I get a lot of inspiration from investigating people and I am interested in focusing on the relationship between body, object and the absence of an object.”
Production process
At Studio Ching-Hui Yang they take pride in their craftsmanship. All jewellery is made in Amsterdam. Each piece is crafted by hand by Ching-Hui from making the mould for bio-resin blocks to soldering the metal structures, using different materials and techniques. For the production Studio Ching-Hui Yang collaborates with local glass bead suppliers in Amsterdam, laser cutting companies in Wormerveer and metal material suppliers in the Netherlands, showcasing their commitment to innovation and community support.

Sustainability is at the core of their values. “Our eco-friendly packaging proudly carries the FSC® certification, emphasising our dedication to responsible sourcing and forest regeneration. We believe that jewellery should be made to last a lifetime. Our attention to detail ensures that each piece is as durable as it is beautiful.”
