Hal West is a vibrant haven for culture and connection in Amsterdam-West. A local stage where curiosity, creativity and community spirit take center stage. With a weekly programme full of music, theatre, spoken word, lectures and workshops, Hal West brings people together to share ideas, exchange experiences and discover new perspectives. In addition, Hal West provides space for neighbourhood gatherings and cultural initiatives that collaboratively explore the questions of our time.

The versatile space accommodates 150–250 people and is fully equipped with lighting, sound and audiovisual facilities. This creates an accessible place where makers, local residents and organisations can both experience cultural programming and organise events.
